The first apartment (upstairs) has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. The second apartment (downstairs)  with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. It was recently decorated. The kitchens are fully equipped and new, the bathrooms as well.

The entire house has been recently renovated and is maintained very regularly. A housekeeper comes every 2 weeks to clean the common areas.

All bills are included in the rent (electricity, heating,  internet, cleaning …). We have fast broadband (Virgin 360).

St Benedict’s Gardens is a vibrant central location in a dynamic neighborhood close to the center and all amenities. Shopping centre and restaurants down the road. Walking distance to O’Connell street and town Centre. Buses to all destinations, 5mn walk to the train station and Dublin Bikes next to the property.

We are looking for someone friendly, easy-going, and extremely tidy. Somebody respectful of others.

Minimum stay 6 months and longer-term preferred like 1 year.
